How To Use
Step 1 — Break down knots (Cupping Device): After training, place the Smart Recovery Cupping Device™ on tight or knotted areas like shoulders, traps and lower back. Select your suction and heat level — the automatic timed session handles the rest.
Step 2 — Treat joints (Hot & Cold Sleeve): For swelling or acute soreness, use the sleeve straight from the freezer (15–20 min). For stiffness, warm it up and apply heat (15–20 min). Wraps 360° around knees, elbows, ankles, calves and forearms.
Tip: Use the cupping device on muscles, the sleeve on joints — together they cover the two places soreness lives.

Do I need experience with recovery tools to use this kit?
