Do not look directly into the light. Keep it away from eyes.

What is red light therapy?
Red and near-infrared light in specific wavelengths, applied directly to the skin. It's used widely in sports recovery, physiotherapy and skincare. The Precision Recovery Light uses 630nm, 660nm and 850nm.
How is this different from cheaper devices online?
Three wavelengths rather than one, and we publish our irradiance figure with the distance it was measured at. Most listings quote a number without saying how it was measured, which makes the figure meaningless. Ours is 100–125 mW/cm² measured at contact.
What is the Neuvex Precision Recovery Light™?
A handheld red light therapy device, about the size of a marker pen. It delivers three wavelengths — 630nm and 660nm red light, plus 850nm near-infrared — through a single head, directly onto the spot you point it at.
You hold it against the area for five minutes and it switches off on its own. No straps, no cables, no setup. It's aluminium, cordless, USB-C rechargeable, and small enough to live in a handbag, a desk drawer or a gym bag.
It's built for the small, specific places a wrap can't reach — knuckles, fingers, wrists, ankle bones, the side of a tendon. Not for large muscle groups: our Recover™ Pro Wrap is built for those.
How do I use it?
Hold the light head against or just above the area — on bare skin, not through clothing. Press the button. It runs for five minutes and switches off on its own.
How often can I use it?
Start with one five-minute session per area per day and see how you get on. There's no benefit to running it longer than the timer allows.
Is it safe for everyone?
Not everyone. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted device, have epilepsy or have a heart condition, speak to your doctor first. See the Safety tab for the full list.
Does it get hot?
No. This is a light-only device with no heat function. The aluminium body may feel slightly warm after use, which is normal
Does it vibrate or massage?

Where can I use it?
