What it actually does for you

    ✅ Reaches your own back
Under the shoulder blade. Across the traps. The lower back that seizes after a long drive. Your hands can't get there and no massage gun reaches the right angle.

✅ It draws, it doesn't push
A massage gun presses down into the muscle. Cupping lifts the tissue away from what's underneath. Different mechanism entirely — which is why it shifts tension that pressing on never does.

    ✅ Warmth while it works
12 heat levels soften the tissue as the suction draws, so it lets go instead of resisting. 12 suction levels take you from light to deep at your own pace.

✅ Ten minutes at home, not R500 and an appointment
Digital display, automatic timed session. Set your levels, place it, sit down. Cordless and USB-C, so it works wherever you are

    • Hamstrings and calves

Lie face down and place the cups along the back of the thigh and the calf. Legs completely relaxed — this is the easiest area to treat properly because you don't have to hold anything or reach anywhere. Work one side at a time or run both together.

      8–10 minutes · Suction 4–5 · Heat 3–4

    • Shoulder blade

The knot you've been reaching for and missing. Reach across and place the cup on the inside edge of the blade. Let the arm hang completely relaxed — a tensed muscle resists the draw and you'll feel less.

      8–10 minutes · Suction 4–5 · Heat 3–4

    • Lower back

Sit forward or lie face down and place the cup either side of the spine, never directly on it. This is where patience pays — a longer session at moderate suction does more than a short one turned up high.

      8–10 minutes · Suction 4–6 · Heat 3–4

    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

    Product description

Cupping has been used for centuries, but it's always needed a practitioner, an appointment and a fee. This puts it in your hand.

The Neuvex Smart Recovery Cupping Device™ uses dynamic electric suction rather than static glass cups — the pressure pulses instead of sitting still, so the tissue works rather than just being held. Twelve suction levels take you from light surface work to deep release. Twelve heat levels warm the area while it draws, so tight tissue lets go instead of fighting back.

The digital display shows exactly what you've set, and the automatic timed session means you don't have to watch the clock.

Cordless, USB-C rechargeable, and small enough to place on your own back one-handed — which is the whole point.

    Key benefits

✅ Reaches your own back — the shoulder blade and lower back your hands can't get to

✅ Draws instead of pushes — lifts the tissue rather than pressing into it, which shifts tension a massage gun rolls straight over

✅ Warmth while it works — 12 heat levels soften the area as the suction draws

✅ You control the depth — 12 suction levels, from light surface work to deep release

✅ Hands-free once it seals — place it, sit back, let it work

✅ Set and forget — digital display and automatic timed session

✅ Goes anywhere — cordless, USB-C, small enough for a gym bag

    How to use

    Charge fully before first use.

Start at suction level 3 and heat level 2. You can always go up — start higher and you won't want to try again.

Place the cup flat against clean, dry skin. It needs full contact to form a seal.

Let it seal, then leave it. Don't drag it across the skin.

Give it 8–10 minutes per area. Cupping needs time to do anything — a two-minute session will feel like nothing happened.

Release the seal gently before lifting it off.

Wipe the rim clean after each use.

Safety and who shouldn't use it

Do not use if you are pregnant, taking blood thinners, or have a bleeding disorder.

Speak to your doctor first if you have a heart condition, circulatory problems, diabetes, or take any medication affecting clotting.

Avoid: broken or irritated skin, sunburn, moles, varicose veins, directly over the spine or any bone, the front of the neck, and the face.

Cupping normally leaves circular marks that fade over several days. That's expected and not a sign of injury. Sharp pain is not expected — stop if you feel it.

This is a recovery tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any medical condition.

    Care and storage

Wipe the rim and inside of the cup with a damp cloth after every use — it makes direct skin contact, so this matters more here than on other devices. Never submerge it or hold it under a tap.

Store dry and away from direct heat. If you're not using it regularly, charge it every few months to protect the battery.

    FAQ

What are the actual benefits of cupping?

The draw lifts tissue and fascia away from the layers underneath, which is where a lot of stubborn tension sits. In practice people use it for tight shoulders and traps, a stiff lower back, sore hamstrings and calves after training, and the general stiffness that builds from sitting all day. The heat softens the area while the suction works, so tissue releases rather than resisting. What it won't do is diagnose or treat a medical condition — if you have persistent pain, see a physio.

How is this different from a massage gun?

A massage gun presses into the muscle. Cupping does the opposite — it draws the tissue upward, lifting it away from what sits underneath. That's why it reaches tension a gun rolls straight over, and why the two feel completely different. If you already own a massage gun, this isn't a replacement for it. It does a different job.

    Do you offer warranty?

    Checked twice before it ships

Every device is quality-checked by the manufacturer, then checked again by us before it leaves. Certifications and technical data sheets available on request.

    1-year warranty

Full cover against manufacturing defects for twelve months from delivery.

    A real person in Pretoria

24-hour support from someone local. Not a ticket number, not an overseas call centre.

    Damaged or faulty on arrival

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost, within 30 days. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act apply regardless of this policy.

    Will it leave marks?

Usually, yes. Circular marks are normal with cupping and they fade over a few days. They're not bruises in the injury sense and they aren't a sign that something went wrong. Lower suction and shorter sessions produce lighter marking, so if you have something coming up where you'd rather not have them, plan around it.

    Does it hurt?

It shouldn't. There are 12 suction levels and 12 heat levels — start at 3 and 2 and work up from there. You want a strong pulling sensation and warmth, not pain. If it's sharp rather than intense, release the seal and lower the suction.

I'm not an athlete. Is this for me?

Yes. The most common complaints it gets used for are desk-related — tight traps, stiff shoulders, a lower back that seizes after a long drive. You don't need to train for it to be useful.

Is this actually different from a normal massage gun?

Yes. A massage gun percusses — it hits the muscle repeatedly. The Neuvex Electrical Fascia Knife works along the fascia with a flat blade edge, combining deep tissue pressure with heat and EMS in one pass. It reaches the tight, sheet-like tissue that percussion tends to bounce off, especially in calves, quads and IT band.

Can I use it with oil or lotion?

Only a very light amount if your skin is dry. Too much and the cup slides instead of sealing. Clean dry skin works best.

When will I get it, and what if something goes wrong?

In-stock orders ship within 5–7 business days with tracking; pre-order items 7–14 days. Every device is quality-checked by the manufacturer and again by us before it ships, and it carries a 1-year warranty with 24-hour support from a real person in Pretoria. If it arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost.

    Can I travel with it?

Yes. It's cordless and compact. Because it has a built-in lithium battery, pack it in your hand luggage rather than checked baggage — that's standard airline policy for rechargeable devices.

Can I use it on my own back?

Yes — that's the main reason people buy it. Reach across and place it on the shoulder blade, or lie down and position it either side of the lower spine. Once it seals it holds itself in place, so you can let go and sit back.

How do I charge it, and how long does it take?

USB-C, using the cable in the box. Charge up to 2 hours

    Who shouldn't use it?

Don't use it if you're pregnant, taking blood thinners, or have a bleeding disorder. Check with your doctor first if you have a heart condition, circulatory problems, diabetes, or take anything affecting clotting. Avoid broken skin, sunburn, moles, varicose veins, directly over the spine, the front of the neck and the face.

How long should each session be?

Eight to ten minutes per area. Cupping needs dwell time to do anything — a two-minute session will feel like nothing happened. Once it's sealed you can leave it and get on with something else.
