FAQ
What is a fascia massage knife and what does it do?
Fascia is the thin layer of connective tissue that wraps around your muscles. When you train hard, sit for long hours or stay in one position, muscles and fascia can feel tight and stiff.
A fascia massage knife is a handheld tool with a smooth, curved blade edge that glides along the skin to work into those tight areas. It's a modern take on traditional scraping massage.
The Neuvex Electric Fascia Massage Knife™ adds three things on top:
✅ Heat: 5 levels to warm the muscle while you work it
✅ Vibration: 5 intensity levels, from gentle to deep
✅ EMS: gentle electrical pulses on top of the massage
The result is deep tissue work at home, designed to help ease muscle tension and support recovery.
What does the EMS do?
EMS sends gentle electrical pulses into the muscle on top of the massage. Start on the lowest setting and increase gradually.
Where can I use it?
Calves, quads, hamstrings, shoulders, back and arms. Don't use it on the head, the front of the neck or the chest.
Is it only for athletes?
No. It works for anyone with tight or sore muscles, whether that comes from training, desk work or everyday life.
Is it safe for everyone?
Not everyone. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted device, have epilepsy or have a heart condition, speak to your doctor first. See the Safety tab for the full list.
Who shouldn't use it?
Don't use it on broken skin, open wounds, or an area where you have reduced sensation. Check with your doctor first if you have diabetes, circulatory problems or nerve damage. Stop if the skin goes white, numb, or stays red after you take it off.
Is it loud?
No. It runs at 35 dB or less, quiet enough to use at your desk or while watching TV.
How do I pay?
Securely at checkout through Yoco or PayFast.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, a 1-year warranty and 24-hour customer support from a South African team.
What if it arrives faulty or damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos. Faulty or damaged items can be returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund, at no cost to you.
How fast is delivery?
In-stock orders arrive in 5–7 business days. Preorders take 7–14 business days. Delivery is free on orders over R1,000.
How long does the battery last?
2–4 hours of use per charge. It charges via USB-C. Also depends on how long you use it, if not used that often the battery can last for more than a week until used again.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Cancel within 24 hours, before your order ships, for a full refund.
Your muscles won't wait for an appointment.
Heat, vibration and EMS in one cordless tool. Deep tissue work at home, whenever you need it.
